Barefoot Design Collective may collect, use, and is responsible for certain personal information that you provide when you voluntarily sign up for e-mails or free gifts, register for a class or presentation, leave comments, order a service or product, fill out any type of form, access private membership pages, or otherwise contact Barefoot Design Collective via an online form or e-mail. The information collected may include your name, business name, e-mail, address, phone number, and/or billing information. You are not required to provide any personally identifiable information to merely access or visit this website.

Your IP address may be saved in the server log files, CMS log files, CleanTalk Anti-Spam & Security log files, Google Analytics, Google Adwords. Our website uses the 3rd parties services such as the CleanTalk Anti-Spam & Security, Google Analytics, Google Adwords. They can store and process your IP address. CleanTalk can use Cookies to manage access to the website by the CleanTalk SpamFireWall Function, to secure and to protect this website from spam.

Information Collected from Other Sources

We also obtain from other sources, such as through intake forms that integrate with our client relationship management tool and client portal Dubsado, email marketing platform Mailerlite, Mailbox Power our mail fulfillment company, scheduling tool Calendly, and payment processors Square and Paypal. We may also obtain your information through the quiz tool Interact, Google Forms or JotForm. The information collected may include your name, e-mail, address, phone number, and/or billing information. Clients who engage our firm may also provide additional personal or business information through these sources.

How we use your personal information

Barefoot Design Collective collects such information in order to send e-mails, fulfill orders, deliver services and products, complete customer transactions, oversee contests and promotions and improve website performance and customer service.

Here are the most common ways in which a visitor directly provides information to a Site:

      • Follower and Subscriber Information: When a visitor signs up to follow or subscribe to a Site, we collect the sign-up information requested by the Site, which typically includes an email address and name.

Who We Share Your Personal Information With

We do, however, share your name and delivery address details and billing information with our third-party suppliers, credit card processors and shipping companies. Our current third-party suppliers include:

  • Toggl time tracking tool
  • Zoom videoconferencing and webinar tool
  • Adobe Fonts

This data sharing enables them to deliver the goods you ordered directly to you. Barefoot Design Collective may release personal information to enforce its Website Terms and Conditions of Use, other Terms and Conditions, manage its business, protect users or the general public, or to otherwise comply with legal obligations.

On occasion, Barefoot Design Collective may collect personal identification information from you in connection with optional contests, special offers or promotions. We will hold all non-client personal data until you let us know you would like for us to delete it or unsubscribe from our marketing contacts, which you are free to do at any time.  We will hold all client and customer personal data in our files for six years.
